FarmVille is a great way to relax and take a break from the fast pace of modern life, and more and more people are turning to this fascinating game which allows you to work on the land, sowing seeds, harvesting crops and developing your plot to achieve its full potential.
Even if you are not a serious FarmVille player you can still spend a few relaxing hours every week on this game and progress through the levels in your own time, but if you do want to make the most of your time on FarmVille there a number of ways you can level up much more quickly, and this in turn will give you access to new seeds, decorations and other items at market, as well new cash and experience level bonuses.
Getting Started
If you want to level up quickly then you will need to accumulate experience points, which you can do by carrying out everyday tasks, for example for every plot of land you clear and plow you will get one experience point. You can level up quickly through the lower stages of the game by buying seeds, planting crops and harvesting them, and this will not only give you experience points but also money from selling your produce at market which you can then use to buy more seeds and produce more crops. However as you get into the higher levels of the game you will start needing more and more experience points to progress.
Additional Experience Points
As well as working your land you can also gain experience points and cash rewards from some of the other activities offered in FarmVille, and this can help you to level up more quickly. For example you can earn a lot of experience points from making improvements to your farm, such as by adding structures and decorations, which you can purchase from the market.
This will cost you money though, so you will need to balance these additional items carefully against the budget you need for seeds and livestock, as growing crops and raising livestock is still one of the best ways to progress through the game as this will provide you with a solid cash base from which you can try out additional bonus point activities.
You must think carefully about how many experience points each type of crop will bring you, as although crops that take less than a day to grow can give you less experience points than those longer growing crops, if you can plant, harvest and replant these crops a couple of times a day they will actually bring you more cash and experience points in the long run.
If you want to level up quickly by working your land you will have to manage your crop cycles very carefully to ensure you are getting the most out of them, but remember that putting up buildings is still one of the best ways to progress quickly so make sure you save some cash for this task as well.
